Some basic notes from our last discussion on how I would break down these assignments into their basic components.
This is a reference, not a requirement.
Focus on the syllabus for the absolute requirements.
Everything else is a matter of effective and persuasive communication.

You should know your learning-style and ability to get your work done better than I.
Therefore, I do not require interim-steps on large assignments to the same degree as I do undergraduate (the most) and master-level (somewhere in-between) students.

- Pick site and specific context.
- Read explanation of assignments in Syllabus.
- Start Outlining - Then free-writing or making a rough draft for analysis.
- General Notes on description of your organization.
- Structural
- Charts on organization (Hierarchy, processes, people, etc.)
- Do any of these already exist?
- References that may help you make your own flow-charts or organizational charts. (My review of these sites was very superficial.)

- Ask self, "How does my rough-draft, presentation, and handout fit or deviate from explanation in Syllabus?" Adjust as necessary.
- Provide me, or do not, a copy of materials with enough time to review and provide feedback.
- If emailing for first time, send another email without attachment. Just to make sure you don't get SPAM-filtered.
- I will either provide feedback or you will find things that you will want to tweak after presentation. DON'T FREAK OUT! Just make the necessary adjustments.
- Hand it in.
