I require that you show some level of proof of doing one of the happiness activities that he cites (three-to-four times per week) with a reflective journal (paragraph to one page) on the impact of doing the activities.
- Daily list of 3 things that made you grateful each day.
- A journal on a positive experience each day.
- Random/Intentional Acts of Kindness.
- Meditation.
- Exercise

I won't be doing the reflective essays, but I decided to keep a journal for the remainder of the class sessions.
